Picking Peaches

We went to Vertuccio's Farm to pick peaches for the peach cobbler that I was going to make for the Father's Day dessert we were taking to Uncle Matt and Aunt Brooke's house. The kids had fun sitting on Eric's shoulders to pick the peaches and we got a good selection of peaches that made a very yummy peach cobbler! I did learn a lesson, next time I will put a cookie sheet underneath the pan that the cobbler is cooking in because if you don't, the filling spills over the edge and creates a tremendous mess at the bottom of the oven and then fills the kitchen with a lot smoke. Oh good times!
